WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. WE DO NOT SHIP T0 P.O. BOXES. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.

1. How long are processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days.
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.
All Packages Delivery is with FedEx. Business days are Monday-Friday
2. When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it inside your inbox. If you haven't received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please Text customer service at 929-336-1342
3.Can I make changes to my order?
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
4. May I return my order?
NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGE ONLY .

6. May I make an exchange?
Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The Climax Beauty & Style Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair to you. All Sales are final on custom coloring. Ship your Exchange/Refund it to: WILL PROVIDE VIA EMAIL Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and Reason for return!
You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Climax Beauty & Style will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you USPS send your return.
